Restored and recommissioned engine has been stripped and rebuilt has has the tank rechromed and whole bike repainted.
A large file of new parts used in the rebuild including wheels, centre stand, light units , rear rack and silencer. Plus bearings gaskets and seals, Stainless steel fixing used where possible.
It runs beautifully and quiet.
There are signs of pitting on a couple of areas on wheels and silencer if you look closely.
The bike will need to be registered for use, as it came from a deceased estate, but does have a Nova from the Isle of Man therefore applying to the should be straight forward using the V55c forms and £55 fee. I bought this bike at auction from a deceased estate it just needed finishing its a quality piece of German engineering and very rare in the UK. Monocoque suspension, centre sprung seat like a shock absorber all in the 1950's it looks fantastic.
