Honda TLR200, c1983. Japanese import, not registered but with NOVA number.
New fork stanchions, s/ head, s/ arm and wheel bearings, tyres brakes and chain, wrong side panels, otherwise original.
Bought as a play bike but hardly ridden, poor health forces sale by oap.
