1979 Bedford HA 110 Van. T registration.
Historic vehicle recorded on V5.
The first owner of this van was ‘Post Office Telephones’ and the original colour was yellow.
The vehicle is now finished in the correct Bedford Cargo Grey for its year and is recorded on the V5 as grey in colour.
I am the third owner on the V5 and have owned it for a few years now.
I was informed that the van had a new pair of front wings and sills fitted previously.
The underside is excellent and is fully rustproofed.
There is no corrosion on this van, it does not require any corrosion repairs.
The paintwork is very good but not perfect with a few minor blemishes.
The interior of the van is also very good and has been lined out with sound deadening material. Original factory plywood flooring fitted in the cargo area.
The front seats are currently leather seats, I must admit they are far more comfortable than the originals!
Two HA front seats are included in this sale but both require new covers.
The engine is the factory original with the correct numbers ref V5.
The mileage is recorded as 54, 000 miles but I cannot verify this as correct.
The van has had new brake lines and all new cylinders and linings.
The fuel line has also been replaced.
Recent new front and rear shock absorbers.
All steering and suspension bushes have also been renewed.
The engine has been fully serviced and a new alternator and water pump fitted.
The oil and filter have just been changed.
The tyres are commercial rating and have covered less than 500 miles.
The clutch assembly, flywheel and starter ring gear have also been replaced by the previous owner.
The van drives well being 45 years old. The Van looks superb finished in Bedford Cargo Grey which is correct for it’s production year.
Comes with owners handbook and two sets of keys.
I am only selling because due to property projects, I don’t have the time to use the vehicle.
