we inherited this car approx 12 years ago from a local vicars mother.. who had owned it from new, and new we were expecting our first child & we only had small diesel van. the lady in question sadly passed away and left us the car, so as we had a family sized vehicle to take on holidays! which we did & have done since over the past 10 years used daily.. even being loaned out for a couple of years to another couple we know who, like ourselves started a family whilst owning a two seater car!
the mazda 626 is a great car.. very reliable, very genuine & very comfortable x5 seater with a huge hatchback boot for all camping kit, baby gear & as much food shopping as you can afford to buy. the car starts first time, runs like a sewing machine & drives very nicely.
it does have the odd car park knock, nothing major... just annoying when they bang their doors on your classic!) pleas see pics..& a little rusting near rear driver side door arch (see pic)
no radio fitted at present... hand wind windows...& multi speed heater.
this would be a great entry level turn key practical classic... able to be used daily or just fun weekends out.. its a real head turner with the youth.. they seem to think its sick! bless..
anyway its obviously a marmite thing.. getting collectable & very rare now!... but if you like it... why not buy it
