This bike has been totally restored. Looks like new and runs like new. The pictures show what a lovely job has been done. This bike has current V5C registered in my name and address since I bought it 5 yrs ago. I bought this bike in very poor condition to restore 5 years ago. No expense has been spared. It has had a complete and professional restoration. Engine: Complete overhaul, crank grind, new shells and British main bearings. Rebored with new pistons. New valves, guides and springs. Gearbox bearings, springs and seals replaced. Clutch overhaul, new bearings and plates etc. powder coated frame and all frame parts. New swinging arm bushes and bobbins. New fork stanchions and seals. New steering head bearings, gaitors. All new cables. New wiring loom. New electronic ignition. New battery. New rims, spokes, tyres, tubes and wheel bearings. New chain and sprockets. Refurbished seat from Leightons. Either new, rechromed or plated nuts and bolts. Tank & mudguards repainted . All covers polished and cases vapour blasted. New rear shocks. This bike has not been ridden and will need running in properly and service in 500 miles and head torque down. It is priced to sell and does not cover the hours spent restoring the bike. I'm selling because I have too many bikes and unfinished projects.
