Bought for me for my 60th birthday from friends who had been running the car for a few years but no longer had need for it, I’ve had it for 8 years and used it occasionally to get to work and for pleasure. Now I’ve retired, I no longer have the time for pleasure driving! Unlike a modern car, you have to drive a 2cv, what with no power steering and Welsh hills. Evette, as she is known, has only done 5, 000 miles in the last decade, been regularly serviced and costs under £100 to insure.
Although stated as being yellow, it is actually creme anglais. It has an MOT to 20th May 2025. A previous owner had a new top installed and sorted the inside with new carpets with matching piping and it looks and drives really well.
