One of the rarest bikes on the planet!
This is the unfinished GTS bike. It sports a brand new 41 year old Quasar body! Pretty much everything is with it to finish it and it has brand new Girling rear shocks and a v. expensive new Maxton front coil over. I don't really want to part with this one but back issues dictate. Price is £10k firm.
A little history: The Quasar was years ahead of its time and is still a credit to its designers, Ken Leaman and Malcolm Newell. Its futuristic lines still turns heads and draws crowds whenever it is parked.
The story gets interesting now as my Father was one of the country’s leading commercial photographers and did the Quasar brochure with the first Quasar at the very same house where I still live today!
Its a crazy full circle event!
Every time I see it in the garage, I am in total awe of it. It was too ahead of its time when launched and I still think it is! Can you imagine rocking up at your local bike meet on this!
