1972 Austin 1100 (ADO16)
Hi and welcome to the listing for my Austin 1100.
Finished in the rather rare colour of Aqua, this pretty little Austin would make an ideal rolling restoration/ useable classic.
Starts, runs and drives as it should, has just completed a 230 mile journey.
Reconditioned engine fitted in 2012.
Showing just under 45k miles which although can't be guaranteed with a car of this age, could well be correct.
The paintwork looks good from afar but on closer inspection there is evidence of previous repairs which has no doubt helped it survive. The bonnet, roof and boot appears to be the original paint however the sides have had some diy repairs with a rattle can so look a bit flat.

The interior is trimmed in navy blue, and presents very well. The seats show barely any wear at all.
Has been fitted with some JBW minilite wheels which I think suit the car quite well and are in excellent condition, however it will also come with the original steel wheels in cream complete with centre caps should the next owner wish to return it to standard.
Bad points: drivers sill has a hole towards the front which will need welding and the front passenger wing has some corrosion however replacement panels will come with the car for the new owner.
Comes with an impressive history file - the original bill of sale, numerous invoices for work done, passport to service booklet containing 17 stamps, owners handbook and literature, club magazines as well as some old MOT's and tax discs.
