MGF 1800cc, 1998, 70000 miles. Fresh MOT.
Removed from long term storage four years ago, since when it has had, clutch, clutch master cylinder, cambelt, four reconditioned suspension units, alternator, stainless coolant pipes, expansion tank, new tyres, battery and new rear brake callipers. Car looks very smart inside and out. Bodywork is very good overall with the exception of a crease on the near side sill and a ding on the rear offside wing. Lacquer is peeling in a couple of places. Interior is very nice too with green leather seats. Hard top is in very good condition. Hood is weather proof and perfectly serviceable, but rear window is beginning to cloud. Tonneau is useable but tired. Some spares. Drivers side bolster has worn through to piping. Head gasket replaced prior to my ownership. Garaged in winter and only driven in the summer, but I’ve only done 900 miles in the last year so it’s just not getting used. All in all a really smart little sports car with a fresh MOT that is ready to go.
