2 owners from new, but records state the current V5 only dates back to 1978.
Current owner since 1995.
There is a folder full of receipts for the works and replacement parts on the car dating from 1995 to 2018.
The Dart comes with an additional hard top for the unpredictable English summers as well as a flat top cover for the single driver.
The car is wonderful to drive, although there is a problem with a fuel pump that we have not sorted yet.
Before turning over the engine, you need to tap a fuel line spftly yo release the float as the float is sticking inside, causing petrol to overspill if not knocked.
This would of been something my father in law would have sorted before his sudden passing in 2021. As with my father in laws cars, the Daimler comes with all receipts and paperwork affiliated with the SP250 and its history.
As mentioned, there is a slight problem with the fuel line float and the handbrake needs some TLC.
The car is a dream to drive and always turns heads.
The Dart has been in dry storage whenever it's not in use and always on a trickle charge.
My father in law used to take the car on regular drives and rallies as he was a non believer of letting his cars sit idle for very long.
