1964 Jaguar E-type 3. 8 OTS RHD.
I have owned this car for the last 14 years where it has received a full nut & bolt restoration including a full engine rebuild. The car was originally sold by Gilman & Co Hong Kong, i am the first registered UK owner since it was imported back to the UK. Too much to list but here are a few highlights...
Full nut & bolt restoration(bare metal respray)
Full engine rebuild(hardened cylinder head valves for unleaded)
Fully re-trimmed interior & hood(Suffolk & Turley)
Original Smiths gauges and instruments fully restored
Suspension & brakes all refurbished with new bearings/ bushes
New shocks / rear springs, galvanised fuel tank, fuel pump etc
Original re-cored radiator with Fosseway 12 blade fan / thermostat
Radtec aluminium header tank, spin on oil filter conversion
New wiring loom along with Powerlite dynamo to alternator conversion
Full stainless exhaust system, rebuilt SU carbs
Car is currently fitted with a 4. 2 all syncro gearbox, i still have the original 3. 8 gearbox along with factory hardtop, tonneau cover and original Jaguar tool roll.
Folder full of every receipt including Jaguar Heritage Certificate.
