I've owned this M3 for over 4 years with a view to keep for life, however we're now planning to emigrate. I bought it from a guy who'd only owned it a matter of months who'd purchased it from someone who'd owned it for the previous 11 years. The car had been used to commute to work, hence the mileage - it’s been well maintained mechanically. The interior had shown signs of wear, particularly the seat bolster which was repaired by Seat Surgeons in York in 2020. I had some of the panels resprayed by MW Bodyworks inc front wings, bonnet, rear bumper and side skirts as well as a full paintless dent removal.

I've managed around 10k miles in the past 4+ years ... the car gets used for fun and the odd commute and is SORN’s from October until March. The car runs faultlessly and is in great shape ... I've always fully warmed it up to temperature and used Shell v power. I had the rod bearings changed in Dec 2022 (I have the invoices plus old bearings) and the actuators were changed by the previous owner after they failed.

In all the car is in excellent condition for its age both aesthetically and mechanically. There hasn’t been any scrimping in terms of running the car by myself or the previous long term owner. Some of the mods I’ve had done, particularly the brakes were to ensure it coped with track days … well, I’ve only managed to get one done and they were superb. I’ve previously owned an M3 GT and an M3 CSL both of which were tracked regularly. I would say that this brake set up was just how the car should have been from the factory … there is zero fade now.
