Up for sale is my lovely 1951 V8 Ford pilot, made in sunny Dagenham. Excellent condition inside and out. Black, with Brown and tan interior. Original seats, replacement head lining and carpets. Crossply wide white wall tyres. Huge history file with this car , going back several decades, fortune spent over the years, superb high gloss paint, with excellent chrome all round. Fog lamps fitted , but need wiring. Has Amber flashing indicators fitted. Recent works, include the following, all new track rod ends and drag link. Fully rebuilt gear box. New electronic distributor, Ht leads, spark plugs. flamethrower coil. (All still on 6 volt) rebuilt dynamo , new control box. Rebuilt carb. Electric fuel pump ( as well as original pump) lincon 6v tar top battery. New water pumps, belt , and rad hoses. ( this car has the 11" commercial clutch fitted)Drives great, slight blow on exhaust.
