For sale … this restored 1968 Marcos 1600GT in deep red with less than 60, 000 miles on the clock and just 2 owners in almost the last 50 years.
The Marcos GT is one of the most stunning sports cars ever designed and this particular Marcos is a credit to the marque, having undergone an extensive restoration and rebuild by a well-known classic car restorer.
The restoration work was carried regardless of expense and included the chassis, all new suspension, wiring loom, coolant & brake piping, discs and pads, bushes, gearbox, alloys, tyres, bespoke leather dashboard, two full interiors [black and white and surprisingly most people agree that the white looks best] and lots, lots more. Having now spent close to £40, 000 over the last 3 years, I have the most stunningly beautiful Marcos and a very unhappy wife!
