Description
Restored Alfa Romeo Spider S3 RHD late 89. 46, 789 miles (odometer is in KM 75, 300, however speedo has new dial in mph). I bought the car black and rusty! It’s been restored as a project over the last 5 years or so. All rust has been removed, inner, middle and outer sills on one side and middle and outer sills on the other, new wheel well, rear end, wheel arches plus several minor repairs floor, front valance etc. I am lucky to have some great local services me, the engine has been overhauled, head skimmed etc by Rob at “AFM Racing”, then setup on rolling road at “Hanger 111” to shake out any issues. All bushes, ball joints, new clutch, shocks, discs and calipers replaced, wheels refurbed (except spare), new carpets, seat covers, soft top and cover. Many, many small items, but where possible original parts refurbished. Two small paint chips and the boot carpet needs fitting properly. I have 100’s of photos and receipts!
The mechanical bits all done however as its as left to hand conversion there are a couple of bits of the interior to do or could be better. Boot carpet needs sorting and guess what the softotp leaks a little (but it's only been caught in the rain once)Its ready to drive away and enjoy with 12 months MOT.
