Description
Very clean and great condition 1972 petrol Series 3 with numerous upgrades and work, and including an Exmoor canvas roof.
Restoration in 2022, after which odometer was reset so it is now showing 6, 200 miles. During these works it had an engine and gearbox rebuild, new axles, chassis restoration, new clutch inc master and slave, power steering kit fitted, roamer overdrive fitted, full respray, freewheeling hubs.
Earlier in 2024, further work was completed including new shocks and parabolic springs, new cv joints, rocker gasket replacement, gearbox oil change, new front differential, rear differential oil and seal change and a small patch of welding.
Recently, new additions include the Exmoor canvas roof, new steel wheels and tyres, Exmoor front seats, new number plates, seat belt mounting bar, new bench seats and belts in loading area, new front bumper, and new set of lights including full rewiring.
As you can see it has been carefully modernised and upgraded. Test drives welcome
