1993 Saab Turbo "Ruby" edition.
206000 miles. Owned from 2017 after bare metal restoration, rust treatment, welded new panels and respray in Ireland (Tow and Restore). Used as a summer car only since. Extensive mechanical work in 2020 (Two Stroke to turbo) and 2022 (Saabtec). New bushes, all rubber pipes and seals replaced and new brake pipes. Fully operational aircon. MOT July 2025.
The Ruby was the last and most desirable special edition, along with the Carlsson. 150 were made in RHD and this is no 142. Perhaps 30 survive (see UKsaabs site). Full turbo with beefed up handling. Has DAB radio, hands free Parrot and 3 original extra Saab dials.
Has never let me down but house move means sale. Happy to disclose minor issues that have never bothered me so not fixed or not fixable
