I advertised for a VTR250 end of last summer , and the seller responded . I subsequently bought the bike in the Autumn of 2024. It is in lovely condition , tank unmarked , but does have some cosmetic imperfections of the instrument black plastic pods. So as all parts are readily available from Webike Japan, and indeed CMSNL , I bought all the required plastic trim parts and they were here within 10 days ! These parts are to be included in the sale. All brand new, Genuine Honda packaged/ boxed parts !
* Please be reassured. It is an excellent example. Just the plastics around the clocks are untidy. But I have brand new ones to swap over ! The VTR250 will then be near mint !! I do not have confidence to do the swap, before sale. Thats the truth *
The VTR starts readily and ticks over lovely, sounds mechanically perfect. Gets along nicely !
A really 'cracking' lighter weight, lower seat height, powerful 250cc motorcycle.
I have decided to sell, in order to fund a collectable Ford Fiesta I am buying. I am keeping my other bike, a Honda FTR 223 !
