This 1984 R107 Mercedes-Benz
280SL is a very genuine car, well looked after by its 3 Lady Owners since registration.
Supplied new on October 11th 1984
by the old Cambridge Mercedes dealership
Maloney and Rhodes and still with the original bill of sale and pre-delivery check .
Factory painted neutral classic cream, it is such a classy looking car.
Ordered with extras including front fog lights and hardtop c/ w heated rear window, electric windows, fire extinguisher and even temperature gauge. Original Blaupunkt stereo still fitted.
Chrome is in beautiful condition. Chrome wing mirrors.

Comes with hard top and chocolate brown soft top.
I have kept the Mexican hat wheels but also acquired the cream Mercedes badge hubcaps as I considered changing them but haven’t. These are included.
The car is a dream to drive. It feels solid and weighty, gets compliments everywhere I go and the engine start up is a wonderful deep sound. Much loved car but not driven much in the past few years except for occasional summer outings.
