Selling my W123 230 petrol automatic. Lovely car and tons of fun to drive but have to make way for a W126.
I bought this car as a non driver and put lots of work into it. That said, this is not a restored car and would need much more work done to get it up to spec. Things to work on: Two holes in the boot non-structural but needs welding to look right. Central locking, hood hinche, throttle pedal needs the plastic cover. Gear shifter needs rubber rings replaced £10 on amazon but bushings are fitted from under the car. Please note : the transmission works perfectly fine and shifts nicely through all the gears! The rubber bushings i mention above need only replacing to get the gear shifter nice and tight so thankfully nothing to do with the actual transmission. This car has the famous "indistructable" M115 engine under the bonnet and it's in very good condition. It has also disk brakes all around. Not bad for 1979! Makes it for a save drive which is crucial for classic cars.. whilst far away from showroom restoration, its a beautiful car that you can now drive away home and get more things done as and when..
