1977 Alfa Romeo Alfasud.
This car was formally owned by touring car driver Steve Soper - he used it on the UK’s most renowned circuits. The car was developed as a race car from brand new so hadn’t been a road going vehicle from the get go. The car had been dry stored since the mid 80’s when he stopped using it to race until around 2008. (Quick google search can reveal some of this cars credentials) so unusually for these cars in the UK the shell is rust free and completely solid - since being put back into road use the car has been fitted with a later model fully rebuilt 1700cc flat 4 with some light modifications. 40mm Webber carburettors and receipts for a few more internal bits and bobs. Other than this the car is exactly the same as it was when being raced so it’s still has full roll cage, adjustable suspension front and rear, bigger breaks & callipers etc. the car doesn’t miss a beat. And is in great running, ready to drive order.
The car comes with tones of receipts and history of work carried out.
