1968 Midget 1296 CC. Completely rebuilt in 1999/ 2000 with new heritage shell, gearbox and engine overhaul. Only covered a few thousand miles since rebuild, last owner for 33 yrs. Just had all fluids changed, engine and gearbox and axle, new fuel filters, new fuel tank and sender, new fuel filters and oil filters. Immaculate Engine bay, body coloured underside treated in clear waxoyl. No rust or welding, hood and tonneau in good condition, seats immaculate, period seat belts. Sounds and drives like typical 1296 Midget, sporty note from new exhaust system. With a little time could easily be a concours car. Mileage 40K believed genuine, massive history file with bills over £18KThese little midgets are becoming few and far between. Excellent cars for pub run or classic car meet, just great practical fun.
