This is a Vitesse convertible with the correct CV on the vin plate and it has overdrive fully working on 4th &5th and the hood is the better type in mohair rather than the cheaper vinyl, it runs perfectly with no issues, the listing should say 50, 000 miles not 5, 000.
I have only had it a few months and because of lower leg problems I find it hard to get into so I would like it to go to a new keeper. It also has a tow bar fitted, and I have just noticed that the passenger seat has a small area of the stitching had come undone, and the steering wheel is a Mota Lita wooden one.
It has a mot until may2026 and the garage comented on the condition of the underside and chassis, there is also a cover. That goes over the car when the hood is down. Ther is a bag full of general spares including hoses and that sort of thing.
The previous owner had new shock absorbers fitted and the carburettors overhauled last autumn, it’s fitted with electronic ignition, oil cooler, alternator, electric fan, spin on oil filter conversion. A full set of Alloy wheels and a set of locking wheel nuts.
It has a Triumph Sports Six Valuation Certificate from 2023 for £12, 500 for two years see the paperwork, there is also a folder of paperwork going back to 1987.
It has been garaged continuously at least until 2001.
If you look closely at the master cylinder reservoirs for the brakes and clutch you can see where the paintwork has discoloured due to where brake fluid has been spilt which is a very common fault with both the Vitesse and Herald, so I have purchased a full set of brakes and clutch to be replaced with new parts and silicone fluid to cure the problem as they need to be completely replaced so all the old brake fluid is removed, if you look in the photos you will see all the parts including cupro nickel pipes, disc callipers, disc brakes, stainless brake pipes, so everything cane be replaced when it’s practical.
There are a mot says 50, 000 and the mot’s do reflect this as the can wasn’t motd for some years so I can say if that is th correct mileage, but it drives as though it is right but there is no proof.

There are a couple of manuals included, I am open to offers. The Vitesse drives very well and has a sparkling performance which is improved by the alloy wheels and tyres which are in great condition.
