Very nice solid example, has been in the last owners possession for 30 years and has receipts for everything bought and work done, around £6000 pounds worth, these include a full engine recondition, carbs stripped and rebuilt and set up, telescopic koni shocks all round, new discs & callipers, new fuel tank, mohair hood, windscreen, seat covers & foams etc, has mot’s back to the ‘90’s and has just passed an mot this month, has only done around 2000 miles in the last 20 years due to ill health but drives very well and is a pleasure to drive! The bodywork is in great condition, it is a very original car with from what I can tell only the outer sills being replaced and a respray at some time, all floors and arches appear original with only a couple of small repairs done in the past and still perfectly strong, engine is very strong and pulls really well, it has overdrive on 3rd & 4th and works perfectly! I’m struggling to find anything negative to say about it really, I guess the edge of the dash top has become a bit soft above the gauges and the stereo is old and could do with an update but it works perfectly well as is, any inspection is welcome A perfect car for summer!
