Purchased July 2010 from previous owner who had carried out restoration strip and re-build of the vehicle. Vehicle modified from original spec. including; lowered suspension, Empi 5 spoke wheels, larger rear tyres, large exhaust, repaint - colour burgundy and cream, re-covered seats, new carpet and headlining. CD player and speakers. Additional accessories. Original 1500CC. Original gearbox has been removed and refurbished and replaced 2018 due to a problem with 2nd synchro (now repaired). VW Action Custom & Concours Winner - 2010 Custom Aircooled Top 10. There are a few blemishes including a mild dent to the rear drivers wheel arch - see images. Various receipts from work available. Brakes serviced 2021 and last serviced including new front cylinders March 2024. Engine service March 2024. Current MOT due August 2025.
