1970 TR6 in fabulous condition. Non matching numbers with a 1968 engine. US import, I have had it over 2 years and really enjoyed riding and improving it. The previous owners have really put some time and money into it to get it to this condition. In my ownership it has had new:
Amal carburettor
Fork Stanchions, bushes, seals and gaiters
Progressive fork springs
Rear tyre/ tube
Front brake shoes
External oil filter fitted
New fluids to engine, gearbox, chaincase
Starts 1st or 2nd kick, everything works as it should. I have the centre stand and original style exhaust to go with it. It does leak oil from pushrod tubes but it’s manageable.
I’m looking for a cruiser style Triumph Rocket 3 2019 or later if you’re interested in a trade. Great everyday classic triumph TR6C. Minimalist looks and fabulous condition. It gets complements everywhere it goes. Completely at home on the DGR. Owner has nothing to do but ride and enjoy
