Bodywork and paint is excellent. No rust on original sills. Being honest 3 minor marks on rear bumper noted at its first service back in 2003! 4 Good hankook tyres. Plastic still visible in spare wheel wrapping in boot.
1 long term elderly lady owner from 2003-2024 who garaged it when I bought it after 10 years sorned.

New Rear Shock Absorbers
New Exhaust
New front brake discs and pads
New rear brake disks and pads
Fully Synthetic Oil, Oil filter, air filter, PCV filter with new diesel pipe clips and pollen filter. Plenum Chamber has no debris and is clean as a whistle.
A new genuine Rover thermostat engine runs bang on middle of the gauge. Expensive to replace given thermostat housing is as rear of engine.
Air con re-gassed and cleaned works perfectly hot or cold.
Brand new clutch and dual mass flywheel in middle of March 2025 with receipt from Mr Clutch.
No cigarette smells with unused lighter. Boot dry as a bone as per photographs as a precaution, which was unnecessary, I replaced rear light seals.
How nice to see supplying dealer number plates front and back.
Collections from Maidstone, Kent near Junction 7. I am the third owner buying car in 2024. The second lady owner acquired Rover soon after new in 2003 and kept until 2024. Always garaged hence why never an MoT advisory for rust. Great invoice history and condition. £265 road tax. 10 mpg better according to genine Rover handbook than the auto diesel with cheaper road tax. MoT until December 2025 with just about every previous MoT present and the handbook with service details and invoices. A genuine car.
