This beautiful short wheel based 750i benefits from full mechanical restoration and a new paint. Being a 1991 model year, it represents what we referred to internally as “mid-model”. Already has some features from the facelift (such as air ducts for colling brakes in the front lip) but still qualifies as “pre-facelift”. This 750i benefits from relatively good spec from factory with optional EDC suspension (sport / comfort mode), full-leather interior, seat heating on all 4 and electronically adjustable steering wheel to name a few. Originally a German market car with history and original service book from Germany. Currently registered in Czech Republic with valid TUV/ MOT equivalent until 09/ 2026.
Mechanically, the car has undergone all service and maintenance we thought as necessary with approx. 120 hours of work invested. Rear nivo suspension works and was fully refurbished. This means the ride is smooth and rear of the car is not bumpy. “Nivo” rear suspension lifts under load to ensure same ride hight at any load. Nivo suspension received new pressure accumulator, refurbished SLS valve and new high-pressure hydraulic hoses. The car received new brakes front and back, fully cleaned fuel tank, new fuel pumps, new brake and fuel lines, new lambda sensors and a major engine service. List of new or refurbished parts the engine received: distributors, alternators, ignition cables, spar-plugs, head gaskets, belts, injectors, steering booster resealed.
EDC dampers still work and are suspected to be refurbished by previous owners some years ago. They do not develop hydraulic fluid leakage that would require attention any time soon.
Interior has been just cleaned, and the car retains the original ceiling (non-hanging) and carpets. Original BMW Reverse RDS radio fitted.
Overall, the car is ready for a new season.
