Original Almond Green paintwork – factory colour, lovingly preserved
Only two owners from new – I purchased the car in 2017 from the previous keeper, who had it in their family for over a generation
Engine reconditioned – by previous owner, runs beautifully
Underside refurbished – solid and road-ready
Bodywork in great shape – presents beautifully
Mechanically dependable – ideal for regular use or weekend drives
Last MOT in November 2022 – very limited mileage since
Odometer currently shows 14, 296 miles – the unit was replaced at some point, but the car has covered very low mileage over the last 10–15 years
This car has a charming, well-documented history and has been carefully maintained throughout its life. It's a joy to drive and always turns heads. Selling only because I’m not using it enough, and it deserves to be enjoyed by someone who will take it out more often.
Serious enquiries only, please. My love for Morris Minors goes back to my childhood — my grandfather had a 1959 black split-screen model, and some of my earliest and fondest memories are tied to that car. So when I had the chance in 2017 to buy an unmodified Morris Minor from a local gentleman who had kept it in his family for generations, I knew it was something special. He had maintained it meticulously and was keen to pass it on to someone who would appreciate and care for it as much as he had.
I took it on with that spirit in mind, and over the years I’ve found the car to be incredibly reliable — not just a showpiece, but a genuinely dependable vehicle. It’s an absolute joy to drive and would suit someone looking for a classic with real heart, whether for weekend cruising or even regular daily use.
