Rare Honda CL450K4 Street Scrambler double overhead cam of 1972 vintage , USA import now with UK reg , tax MOT exempt , historic vehicle. Low mileage showing cant be verified, but condition says possibly correct
Starts on the button, lovely quiet engine, sounds good through the original pipes which are in great condition. Rides really well, good brakes too.
It came with high bars, So I have fitted the correct bars for the model (expensive item from Common Motor in the USA) and also has new control cables, now it all all the controls are smooth and precise.
I have also fitted a new battery, rear shocks, and front fork seals, I have checked the timing and changed the oil , all the electrics work , all original equipment
Newly professionally painted in the correct blue for this model and year , new tank badges
Ideally the frame needs powder coating, a job for winter.
The chrome is generally good on the mudguards and is excellent on the rims and exhaust system. Good modern tyres, dated 2017 I think.
So ride as is or restore to show standard
It is 53 year old, so no warranty implied or given.
