Description
This Mercedes 190E is a simply beautiful car in first class condition. I have enjoyed owning it and have spent time and money putting new front shocks, front disks and pads, two exhaust sections, a drive shaft joint and under body protection to keep it good for the future. There are 3 previous owners on the V5 and it has a full history file. Manual windows, sunroof and gearbox, keep things simple. This car can cruise smoothly at motorway speeds or along A and B roads in total comfort and I'm sure it's easier to have a conversation in it than many modern cars. On the subject of sound the original radio is not working. I bought the car to appreciate the styling and superb build quality which really makes them a work of art and so very nice to have in the garage. It had spent it's life in the much kinder climate of the south of England and was clearly well looked after. Although I intended to use the car, a more used example would have been more appropriate. I wasn't taking it out if there was a risk of rain and certainly not onto winter roads so as can be proved from the history not much driving was being done. I have now made the decision to sell.
