This MX5 has had 4 owners.
I have owned it since September 2015 after purchasing it from a close friend.
It has just been MOT’d with no advisory comments and expires 22. 05. 2026.
Since I have owned it I have used it myself and partner for holidays and covered less than 15k miles. It has always been parked undercover of a carport and garage.
I personally have regularly serviced and maintained it, having 2 cambelt and water pump replacements due to age not mileage. A recent alternator and battery.
All parts used are standard not modified. Apart from cat back stainless steel exhaust system and leather bound Nardi steering wheel.
Engine oil and filter are an annual replacement.
Gearbox and diff oil has been renewed also brake fluid/ clutch fluid and fuel filter when due.
The wheels and tyres are from MX5 parts and fitted around 3 years ago with Blue earth Yokohamas and near full tread depths. The body work is good. There is some marks and scuffs on the bumpers and bonnet and slight fracturing of the paint on both plastic bumpers. Hopefully visible in the pictures. The hood was replaced before I owned the car and I have kept it clean and treated once a year with Fabsil. There is the original hood cover. Also a car cover included. The interior is standard with beige leather seats, no tears or fraying just normal wear. The head unit is Sony CD and radio.
Manual windows. No central locking. Factory immobiliser. Power steering. No ABS. Drivers air bag. No air conditioning.
So a very standard legendary sports car!

It’s such a great drive on country roads through the villages with the wind in your hair!
Being well set up as a rear wheel drive and well balanced it handles like a modern sports car but you have much more feel of the road.
