Very rare vehicle this camper is based on the Morris Marina/ Ital 575 (10 cwt) van with a 1275 cc "A+" series engine. Converted from new by Sun Tor it has a water tank, pump and sink, gas stove with two hobs and grill, small fridge (12V DC and 230V AC) leisure battery for 12V electrics, 230 V electrical hook up with correct circuit breakers, and fold up roof to provide full standing room and sleeping area. Tow bar, radio and reversing light as fitted extras.
These small campers are very unusual and enable you to camp at a classic car show, steam rally etc.
Many new parts fitted by me including upgraded radiator, water pump, thermostat, carb refurb. and roof gas struts. Also recent new clutch and five new tyres. A spare gearbox ( which needs refurb) is included in the sale.
I am selling due to a new project which will take up my limited storage space. Will take sensible offers. The vehicle has had seven former keepers, I have owned it nearly two years. It was first registered in the Nottingham area where convertors Brownhills (who bought up the original Sun Tor name) were based.
