This is a well known car within UK Panda circles having belonged to its third UK owner since November 2006 (second owner only owned it from Feb 2006)
The Panda was used sparingly from 2006 until 2015/ 16 (MOT 11/ 2015 47, 615 miles) and was taken off the road thereafter until I bought it earlier this year (2025)
I have restored/ recommissioned this lovely little car
(Facebook page "Sprockets and Spanners") and have to say it's the nicest Panda I've owned (I've had a fair few)
The car has had the following work:
Cylinder head removed
Skimmed and pressure tested
New head gasket and bolts
New water pump
New timing belt kit and tensioner
New oil and filter
Cooling system flush, refilled with new antifreeze
Gearbox oil drained and refilled with new oil
Transfer box drained and refilled with new oil
Back axle drained and refilled with new oil
New front springs
New inner front CV boots
Driveshafts cleaned and repainted in satin black
New front brake discs and pads
New rear wheel cylinders
New rear brake shoes
New rear brake drums painted satin black
New fuel filter
New air filter
New spark plugs
New wiper blades front and rear
Sills, inner sills and floor edges were cut out and replaced with new metal
Rear cross member fabricated and fitted
Rear longitudinal member fabricated and fitted
All repairs were done to look factory standard
Weld thru or epoxy primer used throughout
Underbody sprayed with 3m bodyguard stone chip coating
Lower section of body side painted to match
Anti corrosion wax injected into all box sections/ sills/ body sides/ doors/ bonnet and boot
All inner arch liners removed, cleaned and anti corrosion wax injected/ sprayed over all surfaces
Underside of vehicle extensively coated with clear anti corrosion wax and a protective harder wax to stop the ACW being washed away.
Rock sliders sandblasted and powder coated
Alloy wheels refurbished X5
New tyres fitted X5
The list goes on and on.... This car has wanted for nothing.
The car was MOT'd 10/ 4/ 25 at 47, 652 miles
The car comes with several large boxes of spares (NOS) including a new old stock 4x4 fuel tank (steel) along with a lot of second hand spares as well.
The car comes with a comprehensive history file

"Taz" drives absolutely as she should, clutch is light, gearbox positive (well, as positive as a Panda gets!) all synchromesh are working well so no crunching between changes.
