928s V8 auto in outstanding condition for age. Extensive work just carried out to make the car drive perfectly, which include
Full service and complete head gasket replacement, new timing belt and pulleys, all ancillary belts changed, new plugs and all filters.
While this work was being undertaken we also got the steering rack fully reconditioned as it had a slight leak in to the rack bellows.
Car is driving very well and is very solid underneath, car has been kept in dry storage always whilst not being driven.
Interior showings some minor signs of wear not unusual for a car of this age, full leather electric seats, extensive history with the car.
Air conditioning is not working, could do with a replacement condenser.
All electric windows are working as is sunroof.
Original wheels fitted and are in excellent condition, tyres re in good condition with plenty of tread, no cracks or splits despite being quite old.
Vehicle was previously registered in the UK currently on vintage Irish registration plate, Uk still available with car, easy process to re register in UK if required. The 928s is probably one of the most understated cars on the market, this 1982 wide track version with very low mileage is a fantastic drive, the 50/ 50 weight distribution makes the car handle impeccably, thunderous acceleration with that unmissable v8 burble make this car a pure joy to drive, and puts a smile on your face every time you go out on the road. Not for the faint hearted but for the real enthusiasts.
