Has valuable number plateI have had the Yamaha 750 special since 2020, spent money on some new parts and it had a special black and glitter paint on tank , side panel , headlamp shell. As standard it has electronic ignition and three way adjustable forks, recent oil/ filter change(20/ 50w) plus fork oil(20w), tubeless tires very good, red atom battery (sealed), original Iowa sticker on rear guard, good chrome mostly and many stainless steel fasteners on Yamaha. As its an U. S import machine lights are on when engine running, very good polished alloy wheel's with satin black paint, polished up cam cover and outer case covers. Good runner with a great cruising riding position, and exhaust sounds great but has holes in balance pipe (ex paste filled). Problem with exhaust balance pipe in poor condition and front downpipes are rusty too. Not original front guard and rusty too, see photo's also slightly weeping left fork stanchion due to corrosion on leg. the best stand out feature are the paint and the valuable Porsche number plate for a '79 924 car , one dealer offered nearly £900 for the plate. It has to be on retention with dvla though so bear that in mind. Braided front brake hoses and new piston/ seals/ pads on rear disc brake. new front indicators too.
