1979 RANGE ROVER CLASSIC TWO DOOR.
I imported this Range Rover just over a year ago along with another which is also for sale. My intention was to make the best car out of the two and then sell the other one. I didn't get around to doing anything with either of them. An out of control house renovation and a Land Rover 109 restoration have forced the sale of both of them.
This car is a 1979 model which has returned from South Africa, as a result of this it is incredibly solid needing no welding and has never been welded. It is a project but is very original and honest.
I have had the engine running straight from the carbs, the fuel line had been disconnected from the tank, most fluids had been drained before transport. I have not driven the car but it rolls and steers freely, It appears to be mostly complete. I have a very good replacement dash top to go with the car.
It is an factory AC car and retains its original 355 F engine.
All tax and duties have been paid and I have the NOVA certificate.
I would advise any serious buyer to come and view the car.
