Description
My 1973 Chevrolet Corvette is finished in striking Corvette Medium Blue Metallic over Dark Blue vinyl upholstery with cloth inserts and is powered by a replacement (1992-95) Goodwrench with 350ft/ lbs torque and 270 hp. mated to a three-speed automatic transmission and an Edelbrock intake manifold. The car has benefitted from extensive restoration and refurbishment work, with over $35, 000 invested since 1993, and I have the full service history since then.
Since 93, it's had an annual full service at country corvette.
Under previous ownership, major work included a complete overhaul of the suspension, removal and repainting of the engine compartment and under-hood area, and replacement of the exhaust system, radiator, wiper motor, washer pump, engine bay seals, spark plugs, and valve covers. The engine bay was stripped and refinished for a fresh, clean appearance. The battery has been reconditioned, and a battery cut-off switch has been installed to prevent drain when parked.
In my ownership, most of the interior has been refurbished. I have installed a new 68-76 USA-630 AM/ FM stereo with a Custom Auto sound BLUKIT Bluetooth adapter, allowing hands-free calls and wireless music streaming. Additional interior improvements include a new parking brake console reinforcement, centre gauge console bezel, shifter console plate, and re-glued side decals. The twin bucket seats have new springs for improved comfort.
The car rides on 15″ Rally wheels with chrome trim rings and centre caps, fitted with 225/ 70R15 Vitour Galaxy R1 white-letter tires. The suspension has been fully overhauled and adjusted, including work on the steering box and parking brake system. It features a four-wheel independent suspension and power-assisted four-wheel ventilated disc brakes, ensuring confident handling and stopping power. The positraction limited-slip differential adds to the driving experience.
Notable features include removable roof panels (T-Tops), a rear luggage rack (which is rare to find these days), pop-up headlights (recently overhauled for UK roads).
Tracking has recently been done, as can be seen from the images.

There are some imperfections, being a 50 year old authentic muscle car, but to be honest, these are the only adjustments I'd want to make:
The headlights’ vacuum system has been replaced, although the left headlight can occasionally stick, a common quirk amongst C3's, especially as the car is rarely driven at night.
The original paintwork displays some age-related marks, expected for a classic of this vintage.
The car is currently garaged in Teddington, and never used in the rain.
These imperfection are already reflected in the price. Reg: VOY548L
This Corvette represents a well-cared-for, tastefully upgraded classic with significant investment in both mechanical and cosmetic aspects, ready to be enjoyed by its next enthusiast owner.
Being completely transparent, I bought this car by mistake - one of those classics where you bid on your dream car, obliviously thinking you're not going to win, and then a few weeks later, turns out you do you win a car of your dreams, however, I've got a wedding to pay for, so this wasn't timed too well!
Feel free to ask me anything you like, I know a lot about the car + I have the previous owners number - for any questions. I have driven the car every day that it's not been wet, since receiving her, and she's amazing, starts every time (not like my first vette), sounds incredible - a real head turner.
I am told, by the previous owner, that the total mileage (74, 000) is for the full ownership of the car since 1973, not since the new engine has been added.
Starts every time, even in the cold.
Il keep adding images as I go.
