Description

Early HE. First owner reputed to be Ian appleyard (William Lyon’s stepson) and was the Leeds companies demonstrator. Then sold to the director of burnill animal feeds before passing to myself in august 1991.
Structurally sound with no rot, the bodywork is original and in good condition, all panels straight. The car was subjected to an extensive overhaul in 2018, the IRS removed- new brakes, discs, shocks etc. Ditto the front, including steering rack overhaul- oil cooler, water pump, belts header tank etc.
The panels and underside were then dinitrol treated. New tyres, pepperpots re-painted, new exhaust. It has been little used since.
The interior is excellent, matching unmarked blue leather. The dash, woodwork, carpets are all in fine condition. The chrome too is unblemished.
Full book pack, original full tool kit and jack. No nasties in the boot. Full mot with a stack of old ones. Service history, invoices etc. smooth comfy drive and well worth the asking price. £8500
