MOTO GUZZI 850 T5
EX-ITALIAN POLICE
1999 MODEL
I believe the 850 T5 model was discontinued in 1987 for public purchase but production did continue for Police & Military Requirements due to their Robust & Reliability.
A Superb and Unique 'one-off' opportunity to purchase this Lovely Moto Guzzi.
I purchased this in May 2024
I had been looking for a Unique one of these T5's for a few years and then WOW just what I had been looking for and in Superb condition too.
It's ex-Italian Police.
Imported in to the UK in 2015
I have the Import Paperwork.
Purchased with 19, 627 Kilometers showing on speedo.
Now has 20, 350 Kilometers showing at listing but will rise alittle until sold.
So has done approx 12, 640 miles only.
New MOT today (Thursday)
Mot'd now until 22/ 5/ 26
Some paperwork and old Mot's available.
I have no previous service history with her.
Easy starter with no smoking or nasty noises.
Rides very nicely.
You won't be disappointed.
Additions I have added are:
New Battery Fitted.
Top windscreen Deflector.
Day time riding lights which are Angel Eye type which can be switched for Blue or White.
Hella Din Plug Socket fitted for SatNav use etc.
Recently fully serviced by myself as an Engineer.
New Engine Oil, Oil Filter, Air Filter, New Plugs.
Gearbox Oil replaced.
Rear Diff Oil replaced.
Both Carburettors recently fully serviced by Motorcycle Engineer with New Needles, Jets, Diaphragms and O Rings and Seals.
Valve clearances reset to spec.
Both Carburettors Set and Balanced to spec.
Total cost of £512. 38
Fairing panels have no cracks or scrapes.
Paintwork is excellent with no rust or damage.
Runs really nice as it should.
Both Tyres in Excellent condition and with excellent Tread depth.
Brakes cleaned and serviced.
Ready to go!!
Selling Sadly due to recent on-coming of Arthritis in knee's I'm finding it hard to manoeuvre the Bike around the garage and drive etc.
Been shown at events mainly to raise charity funds so done little mileage in my ownership.
This is a Genuine Honest and Un-abused Bike.
It's condition is outstanding for it's age.
You Genuinely will struggle to find one better!!
