Description
Declared manufactured in 1963, the car was first registered in 1991 when it was purchased by a family member who passed away last year and left it to my son. It was previously a ‘barn find’ and has always been in the UK. It has done very few miles in the intervening period but has been well looked after and garaged.
The car has the original specification with floor start button, door pulls and matching engine and chassis numbers. It runs well and the red paintwork and upholstery look great.
It now needs a new owner to cherish and, perhaps, restore it to its full former glory. Please note that the car is not being sold with the 769 JOE plate which we have retained. The car was recently valued by the British Mini Club and was described ‘a lovely example of a standard well-maintained 1963 Mini saloon with patina’.
