Description
1964 series 2 in very straight and original condition with a recently completed coach paint finish ( brush )3 coats in total, this is a very presentable series but not a show piece it will in time need a patch or two on the chassis rails but that said it has a new rear cross member with extensions and a new front quarter chassis and gear box cross member, it has an un tested capstan winch, working overdrive, free wheeling hubs and tow bar but electric socket needs wiring if wanted to work, so a few nice period extras.
It drives exactly as it should and starts without hesitation with all mechanical items working, it has had new indicators and front side lights a new radiator and a recent brake overhaul which has given it very good stopping power.
The canvas hood is in good order and waterproof inside are 3 front seats and two rear benches all with seat belts fitted.
All in all a very nice presentable classic series 2a in useable condition with some potential for improvement
Now reduced to £8750 possibly the cheapest series 2 In this condition and ready to go.
