This Mini British Open Classic is a limited edition model with features such as full electric sunroof, Countryman Tweed and Stone Beige leather interior, 1275cc engine with 50hp, 4 speed manual, British Racing Green paint with gold BOC decals and 12” Minilite wheels. This example was fully restored in 2019/ 2020 so the underside is solid and it’s undersealed to protect it in the future. The car comes with extensive invoices and receipts from 2019 onwards. This model looks very original but has some modifications such as Wipac 5 1/ 2” spotlights, Pionner stereo unit with radio, CD and Bluetooth, twin exit sports exhaust, bias barrel on the shift rod and an early Mini chrome wiper set. The car has only 81, 800 miles from new and comes with 12 months MOT, the only advisory being a minor oil leak from the timing cover. The bad points include a few marks on the drivers door from keys, some wear on the drivers seat, only half the reheated window works and intermittent wipers don’t work. The car will also come with several boxes of spares, carpeted floor mats and 2 sets of keys. I’ve used it for the last year as a daily, I’ve put around 9, 000 miles on it and it’s been a lot of fun. I’m only selling it as I need a bigger car but it’s lovely to drive when the suns out and you can have the roof open.
