This Peugeot 106 xl independence 3 door is in amazing condition for 28years old. Supplied new by Rootes of Maidstone 1st August 1997 and still retaining the Rootes rear window sticker and number plates. It has had only one Kent based owner from new and has covered just 32, 400 miles. It has been well cared for all its life and the history file full of old invoices and MOT's show lots of servicing (9)and the mot's (24) prove the mileage to be correct. It still has the original book pack as well and these show that it has recently had a cambelt change and a new exhaust. The paintwork is Tropical Green (Aquamarine) Metallic and is in fantastic condition. There is a glass tilt sunroof, spot lights at the front and fogs at the rear. The original wheel trims are in great condition and the tyres are recent matching set of 165/ 70r/ 13's. The interior is immaculate with a green velour fleck on the upholstery, excellent carpets and a set of over carpets. Power steering, remote central locking and remote door mirrors are on the car. There are 5 seat belts and an original Clarion stereo radio and cassette player. The engine bay is very clean as is the boot area. The spare wheel and tools are slung underneath the boot. The 1124CC fuel injected engine is in fine fettle and combined with the 5 speed box it gets the car down very nicely. The car is MOT'd till 19th June 2026. The only advisories where the disc so I have changed them for a new set and pads and I have also given it a fresh service. It really needs to be seen to appreciate how clean this car is both inside and out.
