1962 Velocette MSS500 Sold deposit taken.
First registered 23-02-1962 on SHV620, it's original registration number. Also has matching engine and frame number supported by the original buff log book and current V5 in my name.
Owned by me for 7 years.
The bike has some excellent upgrades. Including a 12v conversion with criterion alternator with toothed belt drive. Also fitted with an original Miller headlight and a BTH magneto.
The bike has been totally reliable in my ownership. Always starts even after standing.
Not a show bike, but very presentable and great to ride. There are a number of old MOT's and some recent receipts for servicing and repairs. There is also an original owners handbook and a Pitman's "The book of the Velocette" together with the original owners Log Book.
