Description
Restoration project, comes with brand new galvanised chassis. I had planned to restore this but doubt I'm ever going to get around to it, so it's going to a new home. I've owed this 90 300tdi since 2006 and bought it with 63K on the clock, had just been rebuilt with a new short block. It was my daily driver for over 10 years and nearly 80K. I do my own servicing, every 6k for oil etc, air filters. Over the years, it's hasrear cross member, rebuilt turbo & fuel pump, new cylinder head 10-15k ago, it starts no problem, blows some blue smoke as you'd expect for 148k, clears when it's hot. Old chassis completely rotten, still drives, starts, stops - hence new galvanised chassis (stored inside shed for past 8 years) as part of sale. Please ask any questions. Open to reasonable offers, you'll need a vehicle trailer or transporter - definitely not roadworthy - should drive onto trailer/ truck.
Started and driven around today, happy to send via WApp. Thanks for looking!Obviously there are a limited number of Landy's out there to be restored, They're certainly unique and being one of the last fully mechanical diesels these units will likely last a lifetime, if well maintained and no nightmare electronics, dpf, emissions to deal with.
