Austin 7 Opal Tourer 1937
Just had a full service engine oil and gear oil changed. brakes adjusted. Everything works as it should lights horn the trafficators work. As we are having such a lovely summer. I have been using my Austin on a daily basis for the past few months. Never misses a beat. Great car people wave and smile as you cruise by. 4-speed gearbox with synchromesh on the top three ratios, and a 3-bearing crankshaft which enables higher compression cylinder head A conventional Borg & Beck clutch. The brakes on this model are upgraded to a with cast iron shoes – a significant improvement.
