Description
This first-series Austin-Healey 100/ 4 (BN1) was built at the end of 1954 before being delivered new to the United States, like the vast majority of these models. It is presented in a two-tone red and black finish, typical and highly representative of the marque at that time.
Imported to France in July 2008 from Illinois by a professional, it was acquired the following year by an enthusiast based in the Rhône-Alpes region. Since 2009, the car has undergone meticulous upkeep with specialists, with a detailed invoice file that attests to the quality of its maintenance.
Major works:
2011 (71, 220 miles): complete overhaul of the gearbox by Renaissance Auto Nostalgie, replacement of the clutch kit.
