First Triumph enduro bike for US market only 663 made .
Most destroyed in action .
Collectors talk of 10 % survival rate. True or not there's very few around .
Bikes are battery less and have one large energy transfer coil .
I have the original coil but have fitted a new Electrex World battery less ignition system .
Engine had complete rebuild .
New clutch plates and primary chain.
New big bearing & shells .
Rebore & head rebuild .
Bike had a weld repair around the gearbox . Everything else looks very clean.
Frame is clean straight and true . Had no repairs but looks of it .
Forks rebuilt with new stanchions seals and bushes .
New seat cover and chain.
Wheels have new bearings and tyres .
Bikes been used as a local run about and not used offroad .
Bike has V5 and 6 digit age related plate.
Imported from US in 2020.
Has a very hard to find parts catalogue supplement for TR5 ACs and TR5 ARs. and 1961 brochure .
Last one came up for sale was advertised at $19, 000 US . Has a small original 2. 5 gal tank with parcel grid .
