Beautiful period example of a prewar AC little used over its history having been stored from 1959 until 1972 when the original family decided to sell. Original AC coachwork and retaining it's paint work colour of Gatsby Grey together with it's matching light grey upholstered seats and side panels in the AC sunburst pattern.
Fitted with just 2 large doors and a pram hood roof , hood bag and tonneau. Mechanically excellent the 6 cylinder , 3 SU carburetor engine having been completely rebuilt . Converted to hydraulic brakes with servo. Fitted kenlow fan, twin petrol pumps. and twin wing mounted spare wheels. All original instruments and dash board.
Recent concourse winner a real delight to drive with excellent acceleration.
The car is a real head turner and is a joy to own and reasonably priced. I purchased this car as it fitted my specification. Easy access and legroom for a tall person. Original bodywork and mechanics with suitable upgrades. Nice generous boot and hindged door for picnic table. All weather hood with easy erection .
